Overview

Green Meadows is an 18-hole public golf course sitting on approximately 110 acres in southeast Michigan, just four miles west of Monroe in Monroe County. The course is very well manicured and the layout is challenging but fair with two creeks strategically running through both the front and back nines.  Green Meadows offers a variety of shots that will have you reaching for every club in your bag.

Green Meadows offers three sets of tees to choose from. From the back tees the course plays at 6,391 yards, with a slope rating of 119 and a par of 70.

Head Golf Professional

Tim Katanski is a PGA Golf Professional in his first year as the Head Golf Professional at Green Meadows Golf Club.  His passion for the game originated at Green Meadows, his home course since playing for Monroe High School.

Tim played as an amateur golfer for 22 years, before turning professional in 2010.  He has qualified for twelve national championships, one USGA State Team Championship, two US Amateurs, five US Mid Amateurs, and four PGA National Assistant Championships.

Tim is a Certified SeeMore SPI Bronze Putter Fitter and Putting Instructor, Certified Eyeline Golf Instructor, and a Wright Balance Certified Instructor.  Additionally, he has experience with club fitting, club repair, conducting tournaments, and special events.

Course Record

The men's course record is held by Tim Katanski of Monroe, Michigan. He shot a 60 on May 31st, 2002.

The women's course record is held by Olivia Reed, who shot a 63 on July 26th, 2016.
